Hotel Relax by OYO Rooms

The young people running the hotel were mannerless and egoistic, and wouldn't listen to guests. They said they had no control over anything and that the owner wouldn't speak to anyone. The place was very unhygienic: white linens were nearly brown and couldn't be replaced because there was no laundryman, and flies were all around the dustbins.

The staff were very good and humble, and the room was good and clean. The place is a little inside the street, but that's okay, and a geaser was available. There was no night light, though, and on my stayday they put party guys in a room. They abused all night, so I couldn't sleep. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars.

The stay was comfortable and felt fair for the price. A couple of the hotel staff came across as a bit arrogant, though, and the room lock was really poor.

Oyo's customer care was awful, and the hotel phone numbers couldn't be reached. I booked two different hotels and ran into the same problem at both. Even with all the supposed discounts, Oyo charged 1265 for a room that was 700Rs when booked directly, about 80% more.
