There's no food available at the hotel, and nothing nearby to eat. They said they weren't serving anything because of a gas problem. The road up is very steep and dangerous, and decent food options are at least 2-3 km away. There was also no electricity during the daytime every day, and I had to ask them to switch on the generator to get hot water. This is a hotel, not an Airbnb.

Really good value for the money, and a great spot to spend time with friends or family. Just be aware that the roads leading there are very steep.

The room was the only decent part. They served breakfast at 9:30, which makes it hard to get out sightseeing. The booking said snacks would be provided, but none were, and the room wasn't cleaned on the second day.

The location was handy and had a nice view, and the staff were helpful and courteous. I stayed two nights at Zion Elite Residency in Kodaikanal, where the clean, cozy rooms and peaceful atmosphere made for a pleasant break. There wasn't any complimentary breakfast, though, and parking is limited enough that it could be an issue in peak season. Still, I had a very good stay and would consider coming back.

We booked by phone and had no trouble getting a room during the May peak season. The rooms were clean, and the staff were courteous. It's a budget-friendly place that works well for families, with a quiet, scenic balcony view. It's tucked away in interior Naidupuram, where the roads are a bit tough, and there aren't any shops nearby.
