It's a lovely looking hotel, in a great location, with friendly staff and very clean spaces. But as soon as anything goes wrong, the hospitality disappears. My hair dryer was broken, the bathroom door wouldn't latch, and the water was only lukewarm. Music in the hallway woke me in the morning, and the bedside table drawer stays pulled all the way open because it's tilted. The place is fine if all you want is Instagram photos, but it feels skin deep once you settle in. For a quality hotel, look elsewhere. This is a two-star hotel dressed up for pictures.

I was especially grateful to Raj Deep for her excellent work and warm hospitality. She was polite, professional, and ready to help with a smile, and her supportive nature added a personal touch to the stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with modern amenities, and housekeeping kept everything organized. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, and the food had a delicious range of choices. The hotel's hygiene and comfort standards were clear throughout. Radisson Blu Udaipur is beautifully located, and the lake view is breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. Waking to that peaceful scenery was relaxing and refreshing, while the hotel's atmosphere felt luxurious and calm, just right for Udaipur. My stay was truly memorable and exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing, premium experience.

Siddharth Roy made our anniversary feel really special, and traveling with our 8-month-old was much easier because he had things covered. He arranged the celebration thoughtfully and made sure we had baby meals and a crib. The stay felt comfortable and stress-free, and his warmth, attention, and timely help made it memorable. We hadn’t expected it to turn out this special. Highly recommended! 🌟

Raj Deep really stood out during my stay. He was attentive and helpful, and his warm manner added a lot to the experience. The team was polite and professional, and the property itself felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with modern amenities. The food had plenty of tasty choices, and cleanliness was impressive. Radisson Blu Udaipur is a beautiful, luxurious hotel with a royal feel that suits the city. I’d recommend it for a luxury stay.

The building is attractive and the setting on Fateh Sagar is lovely, and check-in went fairly smoothly. But the rooms smelled bad and weren’t clean enough. Cigarette smoke kept drifting in, despite them supposedly being non-smoking. Across our four rooms, the safe, fridge, and air conditioning unit each had a fault. The food was okay, though the restaurant struggled to understand and accommodate our food intolerances. Staff were pleasant, but didn’t help resolve the problems.
