The Belita Hotel & Spa was an easy place to reach, and the calm, premium feel made it a good fit for either a work trip or a break. We stayed for two days, and found the rooms spacious, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. The hotel has modern amenities, while the staff were courteous and quick to help. It was a satisfying visit, and I’d consider returning.

The restaurant was a letdown, with many menu items unavailable, a very limited breakfast, and painfully slow service. We also had frequent power cuts and hot water that was unpredictable every time we showered. The pool looked badly maintained, and there’s no indoor gym. Housekeeping wouldn’t clean unless we specifically asked each time we left, which felt like an excuse to avoid basic service. Staff were indifferent and could have been friendlier, especially for the price. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city center, which wasn’t a dealbreaker, but the stay was frustrating. There are better options nearby, and I wouldn’t recommend this place until the maintenance and service improve.

Neha and Yeshita were so welcoming and caring, and their positive attitude made us feel at home. The rooms were well kept, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant visit.

The top floor restaurant was beautiful, and the food we ordered was tasty, especially the chili garlic noodles with chili paneer, paneer lababdar, roti, and cheese nuggets. We booked two rooms at this lovely hotel, and the rooms were spacious. Staff and service were good. The buffet breakfast was decent, though the a-la-carte choices were better. Those dishes were a bit pricey, the buffet could improve, and cleanliness was hit or miss.

Getting around was easy with autos and Ola cabs, though the hotel is away from City Palace and Lake Pichola. We had a wonderful stay at the Belita hotel & spa. The room was clean and spacious, had the amenities we needed, and came with a great view. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We’ll definitely be back.
