There were cockroaches everywhere, and I hated staying here. We switched rooms once, but the other room was full of them too. This hotel sucks, and I’d never recommend it to anyone who hates cockroaches.

The service was pathetic. Just two hours later, they changed the room we had selected, saying repair work was needed, and put us in the worst room. It had an open window and a very dirty, smelly blanket. I’ll never book this hotel again.

The bathrooms weren’t clean, the room smelled, and the AC didn’t work, even though we paid the full amount. Staff wouldn’t listen to our complaint or fix the problem. We had a very poor experience, and I suggest avoiding this hotel’s services.

I’ve stayed in lots of hotels, but this was a very bad one with bad service. The price is like a 4-star hotel, but the place is very bad. The owner was bad too. Please don’t come here.

The rooms weren’t very good or clean, though the room service was good. Rates are high because of the location. It’s close to Har Ki Paudi, about a 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by rickshaw, and also near the railway station, bus stand, and Haridwar market.
