New Delhi Guest House By OYO Rooms

The location worked well for us, about 10 minutes from har ki paudi, with easy access to rishikesh and dehradun. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were courteous and nice. I went to haridwar with my family and was glad we chose this place.

The staff made this stay, they were all helpful and generous, and the rooms felt comfortable and clean, almost like home. It's in a great location, and the rooms are pleasant too. A memorable trip and a great experience. Thanks for making it so lovely, I'll be back soon. 🤗😘❤

There were mosquitoes biting me in the room, and the chair backrest pillows were dirty. The bathroom was dirty too, with no water until I asked reception to restore the supply. I also had to ask twice for toiletries and drinking water. Despite being listed as an OYO premium room, the AC, TV, telephone, and WiFi didn't work, and there was no backup power. During both nights, when we and other guests complained about the power, the receptionist wasn't polite and started arguing. Breakfast was listed as complimentary but wasn't provided. OYO charged me an extra INR 1119 after I'd paid in full. When I contacted customer care, they asked for a screenshot as proof of payment. I hadn't taken one because I had paid the full amount and never expected an extra charge; I knew partial payment was an option but hadn't selected it. OYO support never called me back after my complaint. My family and I had the worst experience booking this hotel through OYO.

The food was really good, and the atmosphere was positive. Everything there should be perfect. Keep it up, guys, big thumbs up! 😃🤗😀👍
