Ginger Durgapur

I especially want to thank Bapan and Jual. Their housekeeping and room service were timely and professional, and they took care of every detail. At the restaurant, the team were polite and well behaved, and the food was high quality. Reception was also very polite and cooperative, and Mr. Rithik was especially helpful. I've been at Hotel Ginger, Durgapur for seven days, and the rooms, cleanliness, guest care, and hospitality have made the long stay very comfortable. Thanks to the whole team for making it memorable. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Durgapur for business or leisure.

Sakib did an amazing job despite the challenges. He was attentive and made sure everything was right. His dedication and skill are inspiring, kudos to him! Jewel and Bapon did a fantastic job cleaning our room. They were thorough, friendly, and careful with every detail, which made our stay much more comfortable. Really appreciate their efforts!

I had to leave early in the morning, before breakfast time, so the hotel happily packed a generous breakfast for my journey. They also arranged a cab that arrived ahead of time. The staff were always ready to help, especially Anurag and Mahadev, as I recall. After traveling overnight by bus from Bhubaneswar to Durgapur, I badly needed sleep before an evening meeting. The staff were cordial and let me into my room a little before check-in, which I was grateful for. The food was sumptuous and prepared to my preference, as I'm fussy about too many condiments. The night was peaceful, and the room was quiet despite being near one of India's busiest roads. Staying at Ginger is always good value, and Ginger Durgapur is an extra step up, an oasis. Thank you, Ginger.

Yukta and Rithik were especially friendly and supportive, and helped make everything go smoothly. The staff were professional, polite, and helpful throughout my visit. Ginger Hotel Durgapur has a clean, comfortable, and relaxing ambience. A good experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
