The room was unhygienic and poor quality, so I checked out after just one day even though my booking with OYO was for 10th to 15th November (Booking ID: IW6X8082). The hotel was also far from where I actually needed to be. I explained the situation to support, but got no proper help or assistance from a senior. OYO then refused to refund the unused days, without offering a fair resolution. Customer service didn't respond and seemed not to care about guest satisfaction. I'm very disappointed with how OYO handles problems and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable stay.

The restaurant is right below the hotel, though it's quite expensive, and there's no dining inside. The rooms felt a little old, and we saw a few cockroaches. Once we told the staff, they took care of it straight away. The staff were super friendly, and the stay was delightful overall.

There was a leak in the washroom, and nobody responded when I complained. The room was very dirty, service was extremely poor, and nobody seemed to care about the guests. Food was very expensive too. A really unpleasant stay.

The receptionist was very rude, and the service was the worst. Everything seemed to go against company policy. This is the worst hotel, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone visit this wretched place.

From outside the hotel looks good, but the rooms tell a different story. The toilet flushes are often damaged, there's a water problem, and the geyser doesn't work. AC has failed in some rooms too. Room service isn't proper, and there's nobody to listen to your concerns. I'd suggest checking the place in person before booking online, or you may end up writing the same review.
