The bathroom kept having water problems, so even freshening up was uncomfortable. The place also charged us for drinking water and breakfast tea, despite giving only one water bottle for two people. Food wasn’t available for most of the day because the kitchen didn’t open until 5:00 PM, and when breakfast finally came, it was pathetic. For somewhere advertising “luxury,” the facilities were a letdown. The pool was full of mud and unusable, and the E-bikes didn’t work. There was no music or dancing, and the whole place felt deserted and poorly managed. They charge luxury prices for broken facilities and sub-standard service. I’d avoid booking here and save my money.

Mr. Nagesh made the stay especially memorable. He’s friendly, polite, respectful, and always ready to help, with a great way of talking to guests. The staff were cooperative and the service was very good. The hotel itself was peaceful, with clean rooms, a nice ambience, and well-maintained facilities. The location was convenient too. I’d recommend staying here and would happily return.

Breakfast was delicious and especially good, and the chef served amazing food. The staff were friendly, professional, and supportive throughout. The property had a pleasant atmosphere, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

The room was unhygienic, with dirty, used sheets. When we asked for replacements, the bedding they brought was torn and incomplete. Laundry and other bed sheets were dirty too. Staff and management behaved badly, and their manner of speaking was rude. They don’t seem to understand basic ethics. I found the Hinduja Osian experience distressing and would never recommend it. I wouldn’t trust booking directly, and even if you book through an app, don’t stay there alone. I especially wouldn’t recommend it to women.

The staff are very active, and the rooms feel luxurious, whether you choose a villa or a tent. There’s also a COTTAGE option with a small attached swimming pool and a big LED. The property is close to the spots for jeep safari, camel rides, and paragliding, and I think it’s the best hotel in osian. Go enjoy. 💫💫
