OYO 1687 Hotel Supreme

The main problem was the room upkeep. Our rooms weren’t properly maintained or clean, and one bathroom had a broken tap. Getting around was inconvenient too: family members were put on different floors, and because of poor communication or understanding, we ended up walking around the hotel repeatedly. They also didn’t provide the double-bed rooms we’d asked for. From the inside, it didn’t feel like a three-star hotel. My stay was not good, and I’m sharing this so others aren’t misled by Hotel’s exterior.

I found a cockroach soon after checking in, and the room had a foul smell that wouldn’t go away. The sheets and pillows were visibly stained, and I was especially concerned to find bedbugs, which can pose a serious health risk. The hygiene fell far below what I’d consider acceptable for a hotel.

The lift doors closed dangerously even as someone was entering, as if the sensors weren’t working. There was also green algae on the hallway ceilings from water leakage. Parking was limited, and inside the room I found cockroaches and dirty sheets. The balcony was especially filthy, with bird droppings all over it.

I visited on 10.12.25 and had a bad experience. The staff didn’t seem well trained, and the room wasn’t cleaned, with a dirty bathroom and awful towels. The room ambiance wasn’t good either. The AC and TV weren’t working, no dental kit was provided, and the swimming pool was in bad condition.
