Grand Sea Shades Goa

We had a wonderful time in the end, though there are things to be aware of. We stayed in room 008, with a lovely view of the sea and palm trees from the porch. At first the mattress was old and springy, but they replaced it right away with a firm, comfortable one. Make sure you don't get an old mattress. The location is great, at the south end of Palulem beach and about a five-minute walk from the main part. Right next door to Grand Sea Shade is a fantastic restaurant set high up, with a stunning view and wonderful food. The room had working AC, a fan and a kettle for tea or coffee. They don't provide tea or coffee, but when I asked for tea bags, I got some. The room was cleaned every two or three days, with two fresh water bottles each time. Wi-Fi was unreliable for about half the time, but they eventually fixed it. Thanks to Sujita, the manager. She was fantastic and did everything she could to make our trip better. I'd definitely come back.
