The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-kept washroom. The owner made us feel welcome, and staff responded quickly. It's an easy walk to the railway station, and the prices are reasonable. Getting there by car can be tricky because the street is narrow, and parking beside the hotel may be hard to find. The owner is helpful and can assist with finding a spot. I recommend staying here.

This place is awful. The rooms were dirty, and there were no toiletries, towels, TV, AC, or food. There was never anyone at reception either. Don't book here, not even by mistake.
I've been coming to Haridwar often and staying here for more than 10 years. It used to be good, and the owner was decent and respectful. Now the owner seems focused on money. Prices have gone up to 1500 Rs, and when I tried to bargain, they were rude.
I wish I'd known before booking that the rooms have no windows. Apart from that, the staff were welcoming and the stay was quite good.
