The room was the dirtiest we’ve seen in India, and the staff were really unkind. A man at reception played loud music until 1 AM, and it could be heard throughout the rooms, so we had to ask him to turn it off. In the morning the shower had no hot water, and we waited an hour. They gave us just one towel, and it was dirty. They also wouldn’t keep our bags until our train left that evening. Horrible, we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The bathroom was tiny and filthy, and there was dust in the almirah. The room itself was cramped and dirty, with spit on the walls and dirt coming off the blanket. The telephone didn't work, and the TV had no setup box. This was nothing like an Oyo Room. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here.

I had to call reception three or four times for drinking water, and it took them five hours to bring it. The hotel's service was awful, the worst I've seen in my life. Honestly, staying at the railway station would be a better option than coming here. Thank you 🙏

At midnight they switched the AC off using the power button without warning. The phones weren't working either, and the staff were rude and wouldn't listen. There's no car parking. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Haridwar.

There was a mouse wandering around the room, and they hadn't changed the bedsheets. Nothing was clean. This was my worst hotel stay.
