The room was poorly kept, with dirty, unwashed blankets, and the AC did not work. WiFi was limited to a single router for the whole floor. The washroom was dirty too: no hot water, a broken flush, and doors that wouldn't close properly. The receptionist was ill-mannered and brushed off problems with comments like, “Sab thik to hai, pata nahi ab kyu nahi chal raha.” I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you're visiting Haridwar for some peace. Try looking for a hotel locally instead, as it might be cheaper and in better shape.

We changed rooms three times because the washroom flush still didn't work, and none of the doors could be locked. There was no hot water either. The place only looks good from the outside, and even the printer failed when they tried to print our ID proof. I can't understand how this hotel is being run. The five-star reviews may all be from family and friends, in my view. Honestly, this was one of the worst places I've seen. I wouldn't stay here even for free. Pay a little more or less somewhere else, because I regretted staying here. It doesn't deserve even one star.

The rooms smelled bad, the bathrooms were filthy, and the staff were rude. There was no room service. This hotel is awful. #OYORoomsSucks
