Checkout was the worst part of my stay and wiped out whatever few positives there might have been. The reception staff were arrogant and dismissive when I asked questions, with no courtesy or basic hospitality. I’ve stayed at many hotels and haven’t encountered front desk staff this rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. If management doesn’t rethink the team and their training, they’ll keep driving guests away. I’d never recommend this hotel.

Cockroaches in the room, no cleanliness, no phone, and no hot water. You have to go downstairs for every little thing, and they won’t listen. The rooms are extremely bad, and the staff are so rude and impolite they act like giving us a room is a favor. Lodges are much better. I’ll never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place isn’t suitable for business stays. They didn’t provide a GST bill, and the GST number listed seems incorrect. Staff behavior was rude, and they weren’t helpful or proper in their replies to questions.

The bed was dirty, and a foul smell came from the toilet. I asked the room keeper to do something, but no action was taken. Worst hotel to stay in.
