Pride Elite Haridwar

Abhishek Sharma and Nikitha did excellent housekeeping work, keeping the environment clean, organized, and pleasant. Their dedication, attention to detail, and steady effort showed in the results. They handled their responsibilities professionally, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of care. Their teamwork and willingness to go the extra mile reflect a real commitment to quality service. Thank you both for your hard work and contribution.

There aren’t amenities like a bar, gym, spa, or swimming pool, which are the downsides. Still, the food is good, and the staff are humble, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are luxurious and have a large TV unit, and the hotel is conveniently located on the Roorkee Highway. This was my second stay, on a 4-day business trip, and I’d choose it again for future visits.

Rajat at reception looked after us kindly, and Mr. Deepak made sure the food was prepared really well. The meals were delicious, and the dining room team worked hard, served promptly, and treated us politely. Harleen, Deepa, Renu, Pankaj, and the rest were all very nice. We’re leaving happy and hope to come back. Wishing them all the best in their work and future. 5/5.

The rooms and restaurant were particularly clean, and the whole hotel was kept in very good order. Nipendra, Renu, Kajal from housekeeping, and the rest of the staff were polite, accommodating, and nice. A very good property for this segment.
