There was no room service, and the bathrooms were in very bad shape. The sinks were clogged, and there were no jet sprays on the toilets. The AC barely worked. The food tasted good, but it was very expensive, and so was the restaurant.

I’ve really enjoyed the food I’ve tried so far, and the service is great.

The rooms were horrible, and the building is old. Bad service and pointless hidden charges.

The rates were way too high and didn’t match the menu. I asked three times for a menu, but they refused to give me one, and even the manager said no. 100rs for one aloo paratha!

The price changed dramatically in the middle of the night. We had been told two days would cost 2800 rs, but when we asked for a slip, they said issuing one would mean GST charges. We trusted the quoted amount, then at 2am they doubled it, well above the rate listed on the website. They woke us by knocking hard at that hour just to collect payment, when they could have waited until morning. The staff were very rude. If I hadn't been with my family, I would have filed a complaint about what we had to endure. The worst, most horrible hotel stay of my life.
