I paid 1500rs for the room. The bedsheet was tidy and the rooms were clean, and they allow local id check-ins. Receptionist Nikhil was a good person, and they respected my privacy without disturbing me. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. Good hotel in a very good location, and I had a good stay.

The hosts were welcoming and took great care to meet guests' needs. The rooms were quite spacious, with proper amenities, and the place was quite affordable. A great experience.

There's no kitchen on the premises, and they don't even provide glasses for water or plates for food. When you ask, they just tell you to request disposables from wherever you're ordering or getting food. The rooms are messy and unclean. Worst place to stay.

The owner and staff were rude and arrogant, and didn't know how to speak to paying guests. The room I booked through OYO application was very dirty. When I asked for a different room, the owner behaved badly and told me to cancel. I asked them to cancel it, but they refused. OYO assistance couldn't help me then. I waited two and a half hours for a room. A staff member came asking for a rating, and when I said I'd do it at checkout, he threatened that I wouldn't be able to check into other hotels because this owner owned four more hotels in kanpur. He made a call and had me talk to someone apologizing for the owner's behavior. That person said he was running the property on lease. I was convinced and gave a good rating. Some days later I booked again and paid online through OYO, but they refused to let me check in, saying my behavior last time had been bad and I'd left a bad rating. I waited two hours because OYO assist was quite slow. When a woman from OYO assist spoke to the hotel staff, they treated her badly too. She filed a complaint with OYO and arranged another hotel for me. Please don't book this hotel if you're coming to Kanpur for a short or long stay. If you're from Kanpur and book it, be prepared for bad behavior from the owner. Thank you Ritik Raj Singh
