The booking showed an AC room, but after I paid it was treated as non-AC, and they asked for Rs 300 for AC. The property was also shown as newly built near Mansa Devi temple, then after booking it appeared near the Bus Stand. It's easy enough to reach, but the room was tiny, with no ventilation and a suffocating feel. There wasn't enough space to bathe sitting down, so you had to stand. It wasn't a pleasant or comfortable stay.

This was one of the worst lodgings I've ever stayed in. The place was nasty and had a bad odor, and there was no Aquaguard, service boy, geyser, or home service. The ACs weren't working either. You could call it Bhoot Kothi, or Ghost House.

I paid Rs 800 in advance for a room booked online, but then cancelled when our Haridwar trip fell through and asked for a refund. They requested a QR code, but more than 10 days have passed and I still haven't got my money back. They're fraudsters, so beware.

The room was tiny, with nowhere to put luggage and no facilities at all. The false ceiling was hanging down from the ceiling, and the room stank. A very bad stay.

The receptionist was smooth in conversation, but I felt I was charged above the real price for everything. The room wasn't worth 400, and a day-trip bus to rishikesh cost me 200 rupees even though its actual fare was 150. I was also told something untrue about the ATMs at Haridwar station, which are open all the time. I had planned another trip with my family and considered booking through his service, but those lies changed my mind. Worst place, please don't go.
