Radisson Resort Hatgad Saputara

The peaceful setting was what I appreciated most. It was a nice place to step away from the city and relax, with greenery all around and cool mountain air. The misty views in the morning were lovely, and our clean, cozy room had great scenery right outside the windows. Staff were courteous and ready to help, and the food was tasty, with plenty of choice and fresh local flavors. A calm hill getaway, and I’d be happy to come back.

Our room was roomy and very clean, with a cozy bed, modern interiors, and a well-kept bathroom. Housekeeping was prompt each day. The balcony was a favorite spot for morning tea and the mountain view. At Radisson Resort Hatgad Saputara, we also enjoyed the pool, spa, gym, indoor games, kids’ play area, and landscaped gardens. There was plenty to keep adults and children busy, and the open spaces gave it a real resort feel. Meals were a highlight too. Breakfast had lots of options, and lunch and dinner were fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. The restaurant staff were attentive and handled our requests with a smile. We also found the resort’s setting among green hills peaceful and beautiful, with misty mountains and fresh air that made a welcome break from city life. From reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, everyone was polite and quick to help. We felt cared for throughout our stay. We left with lovely memories and would gladly return for another relaxing holiday in the hills.

Abhijit and Shubham looked after us at breakfast, checking what we needed and bringing things to the table. Dinner at Coracana was just as pleasant, with Soni being very polite and taking personal care with her recommendations. Breakfast and dinner were part of our package, and both were great. We’d booked a room for a leisure trip in Saputara, then got upgraded to a Villa as Radisson rewards members. It was a great upgrade. We’d recommend staying here to family and friends.

The infinity pool was a nice place to spend time, and I liked trying the handcrafted mocktails at Must Lounge & Bar. There are also indoor games, a kids’ play area, a spa, and a modern gym, so there’s something for different guests. My room was spacious and spotless, with a lovely hill and valley view, and the staff were warm and helpful from check-in through check-out. Coracana restaurant served delicious food with good variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort is a short drive from Saputara Lake, with greenery and peaceful views all around. It made for a refreshing, comfortable break. I’d recommend it to couples and families.
