Shankha and Riya deserve a mention, and the restaurant team worked tirelessly for the guests. The staff were friendly, and the property among the hills is a good place to unwind. Phone reception is weak, though the hotel Wi-Fi is decent. Our room was spacious with a very good view. We liked the buffet choices, but felt the pasta and pastry were being reused under different names.

The pool was clean and well kept, and we also enjoyed having sports equipment for outdoor activities and an indoor playroom. The resort felt calm and refreshing, with a lovely design that made it easy to relax between meals and activities. The staff were polite, attentive, and quick to help, which made us feel welcome and looked after. Food was another highlight: it was delicious and freshly made, and they prepared Jain options exactly as we requested. That thoughtful effort made the meals feel special. Everything from the facilities to the hospitality made our visit better than we expected. We loved our time there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place with good amenities.

There isn't any mobile network, so expect to be offline, though Wi-Fi works well around the property. It's a relaxed place that follows its simple idea of living without tension, and suited us for getting away from routine. The resort is on the outskirts of Saputara, on the Maharashtra side at Hatgad, with around 72 rooms. Facilities include a pool, gym, spa, restaurant, a movie theatre with about 12 seats, and a banquet hall. Families and groups can use outdoor areas for cricket, football, basketball, and other activities. They also arrange a bonfire for an extra charge, which is nice in the evening.

We marked our 4th anniversary at The Fern Heaven on Hills Resort, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a special getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a warm, relaxing feel. We especially loved the stunning hill view, and the well-kept garden added to the natural setting. The pool was a lovely place to unwind, and the activities brought some fun to our stay. It was a great mix of comfort, nature, and celebration. Highly recommended for couples! ✨
