Poor hygiene, missing basic amenities, a dirty room, and an uncomfortable bed made for a very disappointing stay. The staff were slow to respond and weren’t helpful. It didn’t meet expectations or feel worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The service was very poor and slow. We waited more than 45 minutes just for starters, with nothing brought in between. We ended up having to go to a nearby restaurant for the main course. I called the manager many times, but he never came to our table. Strange.

A very bad experience. The way they dealt with us was poor, and it took 2-3 hours to prepare the invoices. The hotel is being run by an inexperienced person.

Our group of four found the rooms good, but poorly maintained. Rats were roaming around, and sometimes they even moved on us while we slept. We complained, but nothing was done and no other room was offered.

The stay was a loss. Service was awful, the food cost far too much, and they didn’t respond to customers. They also weren’t willing to provide Wi-Fi. For a 3-star hotel, regular amenities like a tooth kit, shaving kit, earbuds, and disposable slippers should be available, but nothing was provided. Maintenance was poor too.
