Hotel Kings Residency by OYO Rooms

The prices were much too high compared with other hotels when I walked in to book. The staff were rude and kept watching TV while we were talking to them. When we asked about complimentary water and breakfast, one of them bluntly said nothing was complimentary. After charging that much, they couldn't even give us a bottle of water.

Don't visit. The hotel was completely dirty, there was no water supply, and they didn't provide towels. Totally disappointed 😔

There was a water problem, the hotel wasn't clean, and the bathrooms don't have showers. The towels they provide are old and dirty, and mosquitoes get into the room after dark. Anyone can walk straight inside and knock on a guest's door, with no security guard or manager around. The staff have no manners when speaking to guests. I'd strongly say no to staying here.

We were in town for work and stayed for 10 days, changing rooms about five times because something was always out of order. Sometimes the fan worked but the AC didn't; when both worked, the geyser didn't. Staff just told us to adjust. We booked through OYO, and at 5 in the morning, when our room had no electricity though the rest of the hotel did, they helped us find another hotel, which was actually good. This place has no kitchen. I wouldn't recommend it for women or families.
