Hotel Diamond by OYO Rooms

I booked online, but when I arrived the staff said there were no rooms available. Terrible hotel. Don't book here online.

OYO customer care kept me waiting for about an hour and still offered no solution. The hotel had already taken the full four days' rent in advance, and then did nothing to help, leaving me feeling harassed. I had to haul my luggage up to the third floor myself. The room and bathroom were filthy, with dirt everywhere and rubbish even in the bucket. The furnishings were so dirty that cleaning them would have taken me a whole day. There was no room service, no drinking water, and no staff doing anything to help. This OYO property felt like a fraud against customers like me.

The rooms were tidy, and the staff treated us nicely. The price was very affordable too.

I couldn't get any sleep because of bed bugs. I reported them and showed the bites, but the hotelier and staff denied there were bugs and were unprofessional and unhelpful. I asked to move rooms, and the replacement was even worse, with lots of bugs and a TV that didn't work. They just told me to manage and said they couldn't do anything. I couldn't sleep or do anything. Save yourself from this awful experience.
