At reception in the evening, there was no light, and the service staff were asleep on the floor. I stayed one night in a Deluxe room at Sarao hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The room smelled bad, had cockroaches, and paint peeling off the walls.

I had to leave my car in a public parking space because the hotel has no private parking. The washroom was very dirty, and the staff's language was too bad. The rooms felt more like a dharmshala, so I don't know how this place is called a three-star hotel. I wouldn't consider staying here again.

Very bad staff and dirty rooms. The service was so poor that taking a platform ticket and staying in the waiting room would be better.

Getting to the hotel was easy, and the staff were helpful and supportive. The room had no mats or carpet, and even drinking water wasn't complimentary. The old TV sometimes failed, so we had to call staff to deal with it. The AC was noisy too, making the room quite loud.

For the price we paid, the stay was okay. The room wasn't properly cleaned or well equipped, and its mini fridge didn't work. After I complained, they cleaned the room within minutes. The hospitality could've been much better.
