The room size was manageable, but its upkeep wasn't good. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty, and the bathroom was a mess. The owner needs to take cleanliness seriously so they don't keep getting ratings like this.

The room smelled bad and felt very unhygienic, and the service and management were poor. If you book here, check the room and service before settling in. I'd put this hotel at the bottom of the list for a visit to the area.

The tap didn't work, and neither the room nor the bathroom was properly clean. The pillow, blanket and quilt were all unhygienic. I wouldn't stay here again.

Cleanliness and hygiene were poor. Reviews mentioned dirty rooms and bathrooms, unclean bedsheets and towels, and messy washrooms. Some also described maintenance trouble, including taps or geysers that didn't work, and bedding that felt unclean.

At checkout around 8:50 am, nobody was there and there was no security. I couldn't find a reception phone number, and the personal numbers on display weren't answered. Since my train was scheduled, I left the key at reception and signed the hotel register. The towel supplied was torn.
