The property was in much worse shape than its online photos suggested. Our room was cramped, poorly maintained, and strongly musty, and even the pillows had no covers. There are no nearby restaurants, and you may not get food or drinking water unless you arrange it yourself. Staff and helpers seemed largely indifferent and unhelpful, while the long list of rules made the stay uncomfortable. For the high price, the basic service wasn't there. It felt misleading and badly managed, and I wouldn't spend the money here. If zero were an option, I'd give it that. Avoid it if you don't want your stay ruined.

Our room felt cramped, and there weren't proper restaurants nearby. We'd chosen the place after seeing its online photos and reviews, so the actual room was disappointing and didn't meet our expectations. The stay itself was average for us.

The hotel itself was quite good, big, and spacious, but getting there was a downside. It's tucked inside a small gully, and an auto to Colva beach or the Margaon bus stop cost 200 rupees. We spent about half our time traveling. It's a decent place if you're renting a scooter or don't mind paying for taxis or autos.
