During my recent stay, I heard staff use abusive language toward customers. That kind of treatment is unacceptable and unprofessional, and it could seriously damage both the guest experience and the hotel's reputation if it continues. I hope the hotel addresses this promptly so future guests don't have to deal with it.

For the price, the room was good value, clean and comfortable. The location felt very unsalubrious, though, and the staff came across as untrained and abrupt. They rudely said we hadn't paid the full amount, even though we'd paid in advance. They kept insisting until I showed them the SMS. It was very unpleasant.

Parking was convenient, just across the road, and the linen was crisp. The service was good, with especially courteous help from Priyanka at Reception. Victoria is a recently built property. I hope it stays well maintained. All the best, we had a good stay overall.

This review is on behalf of a guest who doesn't have access to the phone. They said it was a wonderful stay and everything was fine. The location was a little hard to reach, but they liked the stay overall and recommend it to everyone.

One of my best stays in the last two years. The property and service were excellent, and the food was good. The breakfast menu could use a little work.
