The place has a lovely atmosphere that gives you a feel-good vibe. Tourist spots are close enough to reach on foot, the rooms are neat and well equipped, and the staff are helpful and quick to assist.

The lawn behind Heritage De Fleur was a lovely place to relax, chat, or let a child play, and there’s a small terrace full of flowers too. We loved the calm, nostalgic atmosphere of the preserved 100-year-old villa. It has a moody heritage character that feels very different from modern hotels, and the stay can be affordable if you book at least a month ahead. It’s a distinctive option for couples who enjoy vintage houses, though it may not suit parents or older guests as well. There’s no restaurant inside, so even going out for a drink is necessary, which our parents found inconvenient. The right side of the villa is quieter, facing the lawn or other peaceful areas. Try to book there if you can. Rooms on the left face Bussy Street, where traffic noise starts early, making it hard to sleep after 6 or 7 AM. The staff who handle room service were friendly and helpful. It’s about an 800-meter walk from Rock Beach, on Bussy Street. Breakfast is included, served neatly as a simple, fresh and satisfying South Indian mini tiffin. This place is about the old villa and its charm more than luxury. It won’t suit everyone, but we found it memorable.

We had a memorable three-night family stay in January at this lovely heritage property. The staff were polite and helpful. One thing that could be improved is covering the municipality running water stream at the entrance. Also, food waste and garbage were not always collected on time.

The breakfast was disappointing, just packed food with no drinks at all, not even coffee. The room floor was so dusty I couldn’t walk barefoot. When I called reception, they seemed reluctant to help, and housekeeping only gave it a quick dry mop, which didn’t fix the issue. The light-colored curtains also made it easy for people outside to see in, so privacy was a concern. There wasn’t a proper parking area where passengers could get out safely, which made things inconvenient from the start. The stay didn’t meet my expectations.
