The good things were the AC and water heater, and the room attendant/caretaker Mr. Tamizhselvam was kind and helpful. But some rooms have no cupboards, there are no chairs or tables in the rooms, and the mattress sinks too much and isn't comfortable for your back. There is no power backup, no Wi-Fi, and the TV setup box was never recharged. It's also hard to get an auto from here. I stayed about a week and was charged 1000 INR extra over the amount shown on the oyo website, with the explanation that weekends cost more. They didn't give a standard receipt for that extra amount, just tore a page from a generic bill book and stamped it. The person you reach by phone is rude. I'm surprised Oyo's standards are so poor for a hotel listed as an Oyo flagship hotel. The manager even had the nerve to ask why I booked after reading the reviews. All the negative comments here are true. Oyo rooms should delist this guest house.

The service was really poor, and when I reported that my door lock was damaged, the staff just told me to adjust. I was totally irritated. Oyo listed the price as 800 rs, but I paid 1300. I don't know what the issue was.

I had booked a room and received all the confirmation messages, but when I arrived, I was told it had been given to someone else because I was late. Then they charged extra money for another room. Very bad service.

They charged twice the amount shown in the Oyo app. Worst experience I've had with Oyo rooms, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please don't come here.
