Hotel Neelkanth

Mr. Pankaj Sondhi was a real gem. He went out of his way to make things convenient, even helping us at midnight while half asleep. After checkout, he also helped when I realized I'd left my charger. Staff were respectful, and they arranged ironing and laundry when I asked. The rooms are bright, neat, and use the space well, with spotless bathrooms and a wide corridor. I was surprised to find a shoe cleaning machine, something many hotels don't have. The kitchen was as clean as a home kitchen, and guests can go in to refill bottles. Food options are basic but tasty enough, and the cook tries to follow guests' preferences. Wi-Fi was good. The gas station is directly opposite, and everything else is just a short walk away. I recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Sondiji was very polite and helpful, and the staff were friendly and respectful too. The food was the highlight for me, so good it felt satisfying down to the soul. Rooms were clean and decent, and the hotel sits right in the center of Hazaribagh. A great spot for a stay and a memorable meal. I'd visit Hotel Neelkanth again when I'm in town.

The food is the standout here. The dishes are so good you'll want to come back for another meal. Hotel Nilkantha is in the heart of Hazaribagh, with neat rooms and very good service from staff who are friendly and sincere. Finding it at a glance can be tricky among all the signs, since other businesses share the building. The metal staircase is also uncomfortable to use going up and down.

I left my charger in the room after a recent stay and have called several times to ask whether it was found. I still haven't had a proper response or follow-up from the Owner. It's the lack of communication that's frustrating, more than the charger itself. A quick update would've helped. I hope management improves how it handles lost property.
