Fabhotel Royal Imperio

The restaurant serves delicious food, and the location was excellent for our overnight stop on the way to bhimashakar, with quick access to the highway. Parking is limited, though the service was very poor. Even after several requests, we got no amenities; after a long wait, they finally brought dental kits. There was no dustbin in the room at first, and the one provided later was dirty. No one came to help with luggage, despite them saying the night before that someone would. We also asked them not to block our car because we had an early start, but another car was parked in front of it. There wasn't much difference between the standard and deluxe rooms. We'd booked maple, the deluxe, but were first given oak, the standard. They changed the room after we pointed it out, but it looked very similar to the first one. Also, I've had negative reviews removed from the treebo site twice, so Google reviews are a better option.

The rooms are tiny, but the geyser works. The TV channels don't. The location is decent, and there's no fancy advertising or service. Fine for a budget overnight stay.

The rooms are clean and quite good, and complimentary breakfast is great. The receptionist responds quickly when you call with a request and says it will be handled, but then nothing happens, so you have to keep following up. I asked for a floor mat and waited 8 to 10 hours. In the end, they gave me a towel and told me to use it as a doormat. Still, it's one of the best places to stay.

The rooms inside are spacious and good, and the people were cooperative. From outside it looks like a regular place, barely like a hotel, honestly. I do wish they had dining, though. The complimentary morning breakfast is the best part.
