Radisson Resort and Spa Lonavala

We enjoyed the spa, and the food was amazing, easily the best part of our stay. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant overall, though I’d give it 4/5. The room TVs are small and not very smart, so apps like Netflix aren’t available. We also had frequent internet trouble and short power cuts of around 30 seconds, with few games or indoor activities to fill the time. Getting around was another challenge. There was no Uber or Ola in the area, and we didn’t know what other options there were. It would help if the hotel offered transport or could arrange a car for the day or give guests guidance on local travel.

At breakfast, Cici and Rohit made sure my parents had everything brought to the table, so they didn’t need to get up often. The restaurant team also took great care of my father, who can’t have any spice. Darshan and Prapti did what they could to make his food suit his needs, which meant a lot to us. It was our first time visiting Radisson with my parents, and we had a great stay, with delicious food and thoughtful service. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was cleaned twice a day, and water, towels, and the other amenities were replenished. Thank you, team Radisson, for the hospitality and memories. We hope to visit again.

The room was clean, well kept, and had the amenities we needed. Staff were attentive, courteous, and ready to help, and the service was excellent. The location was convenient too. We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay and would happily choose this hotel again.

The setting and service at Marquee / Skybar were a 10/10, but the food didn’t quite live up to the ambience. The Mushroom Cappuccino was delicious. Barbeque Prawns were a little underwhelming, and the Lebanese Chicken Roast, if I remember the name right, was tough and hard to pull off the skewer. Pad Thai Noodles were average, nothing special. The Tiramisu looked lovely, but the ladyfingers weren’t soaked enough, so the texture felt like biscuits. I’d rate the experience 2/5. With the ambience and service already so good, the food could use improvement.
