Getting around from Hotel Blue Mystic was easy, with tech parks and transport hubs nearby, so it suited both work trips and leisure. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, and the hotel has 24-hour room service, power backup, and free parking. The rooms were well maintained, with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee makers. The in-house restaurant serves Indian and Chinese food, with options for halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets. A dependable, comfortable and convenient stay in Pune.

I stayed with my sister, and even arriving late at night, we felt safe. Being right on the main road made getting around convenient, and the price is affordable for a budget stay. The place was clean overall, though the rooms felt closed in and lacked proper ventilation. The washrooms were okay, but looked quite old.

We had to call again and again, sometimes what felt like a hundred times, just to get one small thing done. Room service was painfully poor and slow, and the manager was rude and didn’t provide service on time. There were mosquitoes in the room too. We paid for everything, but the service was cheap and pathetic. I’d give the hotel 0 out of 10, and that manager’s behavior is a big reason. We’ve stayed in many hotels and never had this kind of experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know, and that sort of rudeness won’t help the hotel grow.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the service was good. This is a good hotel near Laxmi Chowk in hinjawadi. I’m satisfied and thankful for the good service.
