The staff were rude up front, and the place had a bad vibe. The room was in such poor shape that it hadn’t even been cleaned, and the washroom wasn’t working properly. Cleanliness was at zero. One of the worst hotels I’ve been to, and I don’t recommend it.

The lift wasn’t working, and the dirty sheets and quilts made for a terrible stay. It seemed like the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. This place isn’t suitable for families at all, and I had a terrible experience. Worst place to stay.

I wasted time, money, and effort here. The reception was in a pathetic state, the receptionist behaved completely unprofessionally, and the staff were no help at all. They also couldn’t clearly explain the status of my online booking. I don’t have words for the state of the hotel.

The staff aren’t polite, and the rooms are poor quality and not hygienic. My experience wasn’t great.
