This was my first time in Nagpur, and the hotel left me disappointed. I confirmed a 24-hour room booking at ₹2000 before I booked, but after I paid, staff asked for another ₹2000 that hadn’t been mentioned. They were rude and unprofessional with customers. With that lack of transparency and poor service, I wouldn’t recommend the place.

I had a really pleasant stay around Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur, MH. The staff were kind and very accommodating, and I’d definitely recommend booking here if you’re staying nearby.

Hotel Udyam Glory is okay if you just need an average hotel, but I was let down by the service and food options. They don’t provide water, so you have to buy it from the hotel. The restaurant on the premises is expensive, the service was terrible, and the food quality wasn’t good. The toilets also weren’t clean, and the old TV in my room didn’t work. 😔😔

The room was tidy and clean, and the staff were polite and cooperative. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

We booked two rooms for our two families, and the rooms themselves were clean. But the front desk said they were out of toothpaste when we asked about basic amenities. The food was still oily and spicy despite our request for less spice and oil. Breakfast hadn’t arrived by 8:45 a.m., so we had to leave without it for a 9 a.m. appointment. Poor service overall.
