The staff were polite and helpful, and the atmosphere was very good. The room was neat and clean, and the hotel feels safe for families. Best hotel in this area.

I left feeling disappointed and shortchanged, since the experience didn’t justify what I paid. The sanitation wasn’t up to the level I expected, and the staff’s conduct was poor. Advertised amenities also weren’t readily available.

We finally got rooms at 11 pm, after waiting an hour because they said on arrival that there was no booking. The confusion over which rooms were available led to an argument. Please confirm by phone before coming. The entrance staff member was very rude. She repeatedly told us to check out at 12 pm and wouldn’t let us return to our rooms, even though we’d been staying there for three days. She wouldn’t even let us use the washroom for a nature break, and told us to write whatever we wanted in a Google review or file a complaint about being denied the washroom. Very disappointing. The services were supposed to include breakfast, AC rooms, and TV, but they charged us for breakfast and didn’t serve it. The ACs and TVs didn’t work, hygiene was poor, and the room was full of mosquitoes. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I regret what I paid for the stay. The management was clearly unwelcoming, and many of the enticing features shown on the website weren’t available when I arrived. The whole experience was markedly negative and left me dissatisfied with the value.
