The room issues turned what was meant to be family time into a ruined trip. Staff didn’t respond properly to our concerns, and their manner felt rude even when they spoke politely. We were shown AC and non-AC rooms before paying; the non-AC rooms were in terrible condition, but they assured us electricity, TV, and hot water would be available. After we checked in, there was no hot water. When we asked about it, staff gave excuses and said there was an issue instead of sorting it out. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Be careful before booking.

When I was checking out, the manager asked me for a tip. Earlier in my stay, I’d reported that the room door wouldn’t lock. His response was that they had cameras and it wasn’t a problem there. How was I supposed to go out and leave my room unsecured? Poor management, and the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

The bar charges more than the prices listed on the menu. When I questioned it, the person told me to go check the rate at tamil hotel. If they want to charge a different price, they need to update the menu.

The rooms were awful. The linens had stains and were very dirty, and the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was dust and grime everywhere. Just nasty.

For families, this place is really bad. The men were acting strangely, too. It was worse than any other hotel I’ve stayed in.
