The breakfast really stood out, especially because the hot food was actually hot. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind. It was freezing outside, so having coffee and tea waiting in the cozy lobby was a nice touch. We also noticed what looked like an exercise room and a game room, and there may have been more facilities. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but we'll definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping really impressed me. It felt like they took a personal interest in our things and arranged them better than I had. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, and the room was spotless. We had a beautiful suite with great city views and attentive service from everyone during our perfect four nights at The Genx, Hosapete. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in Hosapete again.

I was here for one night for a business meeting and slept really well. The rooms were plush and spotless, and the staff were superb. I loved the club lounge. I hope to return soon, and I’ll make use of the spa next time.

Dinner took a little while to arrive, but it tasted very good, and the staff were polite and helpful. Security looked after our vehicle well when our long vehicle couldn’t get into the basement parking, so we had to leave it outside. The building isn’t very old and still has a nice ambience. Apart from the maintenance issues, things were good, though the washroom had a slight bad smell and tiny cockroaches, which are concerning.
