We found a rat in our room and were moved to another room, where we found the same problem. Rats in two different rooms is unacceptable and raises real concerns about hygiene and safety. The manager's response made it worse. He blamed us for leaving the door open and said that was how the rat got in. There was no urgency, proper apology, or quick action to sort things out.

The fixed breakfast cutoff was 10:00 AM, and staff closed it exactly then, with no flexibility for guests who had attended late-night functions at the same hotel. Many people were there for those events and naturally woke up late, but explaining that got us no understanding. Staff spoke bluntly and dismissively to our faces. The uncooperative, rude service and lack of basic hospitality made this one of my worst hotel stays. Management is involved in this very bad experience too. Definitely not recommended.
