The koi pond had built up algae over time, so I asked the team to clean it. By the next day, they'd brought it back to pristine condition. Seeing the vibrant fish swimming in the clear, peaceful water made me happy and calm. I want to thank GM Mr. Shankar Pandey for responding so quickly and taking such care. His work reflects Hotel Hills' commitment to guest satisfaction. I had another superb day at Hotel Hills, Hosur, and keep being impressed by its care, hospitality, and attention to detail. Mrs. Mary has been a real blessing to me and the whole Titan Team. She went above and beyond to look after me with such warmth and care, thoughtfully arranging sehri and iftar and making sure all the details of our comfort were handled. Her care was truly fantabulous. She showed the same dedication and compassion to everyone on the Titan Team. The way she managed everything with grace and consistency says a lot about her character and selflessness. Her support brought warmth, trust, and a family feeling. She gives without expecting anything back, and her efforts left a lasting mark on all of us. We're deeply grateful for her steady care and the joy she brought into our lives.

Mr. Miraj Khan (Musharaf) made the biggest impression on us, especially with the housekeeping on the second floor. My husband and I stayed in room 216 from Feb 13th - Feb 20st, then returned on Feb 23rd and were put in room 402 on the fourth floor. The service there wasn't satisfying, so I asked whether we could move back to the second floor, and luckily that was possible. Having lived in hotels because of where I was born and grew up, I can say Mr.Miraj Khan's housekeeping was top notch. It reminded me of the service I experienced back in the UAE, my birthplace. The stay itself was comfortable and pleasant too.

The food was a hit with every guest, from its flavor and quality to the way it was presented. We celebrated our baby's first birthday at Hotel Hills, and Mr. Faiyaz and his team kept everything running smoothly. They were kind, professional, attentive to details, and quick to respond when we needed urgent help. The ambience and hospitality at Hotel Hills made the occasion memorable, and the whole celebration went well from start to finish. Thanks to Faiyaz and everyone there for making our special day so lovely. I'd recommend the venue for family events.

The restaurant food was only average, but otherwise we had a good stay. Breakfast was complimentary and had a wide selection, and check-in went smoothly with very polite staff. The rooms were large and well kept, with good WiFi. Right by the highway, the property also has a well maintained pool, a well equipped gym, a banquet hall, and an in-house restaurant.
