Treebo Tulip Comfort

I was there on my own for New Year, from the 27th through January 3. The rooms were clean and had a lovely, quiet, cozy feel, especially if you like aesthetics. Breakfast was super tasty, and the staff and service were pretty good too. The location was the one downside for me; otherwise, I had a great stay.

Ganesh Kolte made check-in really welcoming. I was due at 1 pm, but he let me in at 10, three hours early. The next morning he called my room to remind me about breakfast, and said he was there if I needed any help. That kind of customer service deserves a thank you. Keep it up, Ganesh, and all the best with your career. You deserve a salary hike.

The rooms were great and so was the service. It is quite far from things, though. Still, go for it.

I went back to the hotel and asked the receptionist to help check the room. She was kind, and we found my gold ring right there on the bed. I had left it behind by accident and called earlier to ask about it. The manager, Vishwanath, yelled at me and called me a “careless idiot” instead of helping. That was rude and completely unprofessional. The room itself was clean, the service was good, and the reception staff were polite and well-behaved. Those were good parts of my stay, but the manager's behavior left a shocking impression. You can stay here, but don't speak to the manager.
