The rooms were spacious and impressive. One had two double beds and the other had one double bed, with two TVs across the two rooms. A hair dryer was in the washroom, and they provided tea, slippers, shampoo, body wash, lotion, plus a toothbrush and toothpaste kit. The hotel was nice, and there were swimming pools and lovely flowers in front of reception. However, the hall areas and pools need more cleaning. I even found a nail on the floor. The food was average.

The calm, pleasant atmosphere made it a good place to unwind, and the staff's warmth and attention to detail stood out throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel cared for, and the balance of comfort, service, and value was rare. The food was delicious and well prepared, with a good range of choices, and restaurant service was prompt and attentive. Check-in was smooth, the staff were courteous and professional, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms had what we needed for a relaxing stay. From the warm welcome when we arrived, the stay at Fortune Park Panchwati exceeded our expectations. We'd happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a peaceful setting.

The food was excellent, and the property is spacious and beautifully decorated. I was there for my office annual day, so I can’t speak to the rooms. There are games, and cricket, pool, and carrom were fine, but the table tennis bat and ball were so damaged that we couldn’t play. Reception apparently had no replacement. For a five-star property that offers games, that felt like a lack of attention rather than a cost issue. I mentioned it over breakfast to the GM, Mr. Sabyasachi Chartered, who came across as a thoughtful, well-mannered gentleman. I’m sure he’ll look into this small issue. The service and facilities were otherwise spotless, which is why I expected more. We had a nice time, and the staff and management deserve credit for the good work.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, but what stayed with us most was the help we received during my child’s medical emergency. I told Deputy Manager (IT), Mr. Sourav Paul, and he immediately arranged for the hotel driver to take my child to the hospital. The driver, Mr. Sourav Paul, and the rest of the staff were kind and supportive while we were under stress. Their care and professionalism meant a lot to us. This hotel showed real responsibility toward its guests. I’d give it seven stars if I could, and highly recommend it.
