The bed was uncomfortable and dirty, and both the room and washroom were very unclean.

The rooms were average and fairly clean, but the washroom was dirty. A gyzer was available but didn't work, and they provided hot water in a tub. There were way too many mosquitoes. Service was very slow, though good.

Apart from that, the stay was good. The rooms were average but quite spacious. The bed cover they gave us was dirty, and the bathroom's running water was too saline. Hotel staff should look into it.

The room photos are nowhere close to what you actually get. The bedrooms and bathrooms were dirty, with bedbugs everywhere. I paid Rs 1200 a night and wasn't even given water or refreshments. Meals and drinks had to come from the hotel's kitchen, which was unnecessarily expensive, and outside food wasn't allowed. I wouldn't say it's worth even Rs. 500 per night. Booking here could spoil your trip, so be careful.

The only thing I liked was how polite the management staff were. The bathrooms smelled because the drainage wasn't proper, and room service was very slow. The hotel is in Howrah, not Calcutta, with hardly any tourist spots nearby. It wasn't up to the mark, and I wouldn't recommend it to tourists.
