It's the kind of place where a warm welcome and good behavior make you stop and stay. The flavors are what stay with you, and the hospitality is stronger than morning coffee. A pause button on life, with elegance in every corner. The room is nice, but the whole stay feels like a story worth retelling. In Howrah, it's the best hotel, with sunsets and service that outshine the stars.
The room quality is very bad. Booking online feels like fraud or a scam, and the hotel management are rude and harass you with the way they talk. It doesn't feel safe at all.
The rooms are small and in really bad condition, with a toilet-like smell. They weren't cleaned either, and rats were running around like they were in a garden. One of my worst experiences. The Oyo team didn't support us either.
The room I got was filthy and poorly ventilated, with no window. It looked more like a storeroom than the room shown online, a huge difference from the photos. The AC barely worked, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. I’d booked an AC room by phone, but when I arrived the attendant said the booking was for a non-AC room. A call to customer care eventually sorted that out, but the rest of the stay was still awful.
A nice place to stay during Puja vacation. The staff are helpful.
