Hong Kong Market is nearby, and the Sevoke Road location is often described as convenient for shopping and getting around locally. One family guest said they enjoyed their stay and found the hotel comfortable for a family trip. Another called it a good budget hotel, mentioning clean rooms, good food, and helpful staff, especially for a short stay or stopover.
The staff were nice, and the room was neat and clean.
I had a really good time and the service was great. The Wi-Fi network wasn’t working, though.
I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned, and the bedsheet hadn’t even been changed. When I called room service, the person was extremely rude and said it wasn’t his fault. He acted like I’d taken the room without paying. The staff shouldn’t yell at a student or treat a customer this way. I think the owner needs to pay attention to customer service and the staff’s awful behavior. The worst experience you could have.
Don’t expect luxury, but the value is great. The rooms are a little old, though relatively clean, and the service was great. They quickly brought us the little things we asked for. BK Pandey, the older man at reception, and the young man there were both really helpful.
