Collection O SNT Bus Terminal Siliguri

There was a strong foul smell in our room, and it wasn't clean. The washroom was in terrible shape, with human feces left in the toilet when we arrived. That suggests it hadn't been cleaned before we were given the room, a serious hygiene and sanitation problem. Staff didn't help with luggage or respond when we raised concerns. We booked after seeing positive reviews on the platform, but now feel they don't reflect the property's real condition. The website reviews were all fake, in my view. The hotel has offered neither a refund nor a proper resolution.

The room felt poorly maintained and wasn't comfortable. The facilities were extremely poor, and the TV didn't work at all. I told staff, but they didn't fix it during my stay. For what they charged, the service and facilities were unacceptable. It felt like a third-class hotel compared with the standard they claim online. The reviews seem misleading too. It was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

My room was in extremely poor condition, with worn furnishings, substandard cleanliness, and a foul smell that made it uncomfortable. It seemed like neither housekeeping nor maintenance was doing even the minimum inspection. Staff were just as disappointing, slow and indifferent when I raised real concerns. Simple requests were ignored or took a long time, with no urgency or professionalism. For a place advertising itself as a comfortable stay, the reality fell far short. These conditions raise serious concerns about hygiene, safety, and management's commitment to hospitality. The hotel needs an immediate overhaul of its rooms, service training, and upkeep. No guest should pay for a place that isn't at least clean, functional, and respectful. I wouldn't recommend staying until these basic problems are addressed. I hope management takes this seriously and makes substantial, measurable improvements.

The receptionist was kind, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. The bedsheets had a strong cigarette smell, and the rooms were unhygienic. People in the neighbourhood, especially Bengali uncles, caused unnecessary trouble and verbally abused guests checking in, accusing them of coming for shady activities. They didn't mind their own business, and the locality was worse.
