The food was good and reasonably priced. There’s a huge area for celebrations and conferences, plus a swimming pool. A little robot moves around the dining hall, which is fun for babies and toddlers.

Dinner was disappointing. The mixed vegetables I ordered seemed to have been cooked in very old, spoiled oil, and the hotel seemed more focused on its bar, which stays open late. The room looked good, but the linen wasn’t clean. My towel looked dirty and had some cheap perfume on it; when I asked to have it changed, they wouldn’t. I’d paid extra for the complementary breakfast when booking, but couldn’t get it because the kitchen only opens at 8:30 and I had to check out at 8 to catch a flight. I’d requested breakfast the night before, but that didn’t help.

I chose this hotel to get away from the city crowds, and the stay itself was peaceful. The rooms were okay, but the AC had no connection and the TV was asking for a recharge. We arrived late and there was nobody to help. The room wasn’t cleaned at all during our two-night stay. When I asked for a second towel after 9 a.m., I was told the staff hadn’t arrived yet. I didn’t try the food, though the menu looked extensive. The open parking is uncovered and could use a roof. I only met two or three staff members; they seemed okay, but service needs a lot of improvement. I also got the feeling that guests who book online get less attention. Thank you.

A convenient place for an overnight stop in Siliguri, location-wise. The room looked nice at first, but there were chips, hair, and dirt on the floor, and cigarette butts by the bathroom window and basin. The sheets were stained, and the motion-sensor lights kept switching off every five seconds, which was really disruptive. Food from the kitchen was poor too. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The sheets were covered in stains and the room was dirty. When I asked the manager to change my room, he said, “2500 mei aisa hi room milega!!” He was miserable and misbehaved with me. He also overcharged me for food even though breakfast was complementary, which felt like a scam. I recorded our argument that morning. I’d never recommend staying here, and I’ll file a complaint against the hotel and manager once I reach my next destination.
