Sahilbhai was kind and provided excellent service. We’ll stay here again next time. The location was good, though neither especially great nor poor. The rooms were very clean and very good. The beds were small for two adults and a child, but they provided extra mattresses, so we managed. Food was average, while the restaurant staff were very good and cooperative, always willing to help. Overall, I’d give it 4.5 stars.

We’ve been in Siliguri with our family for more than seven days. Sahil has been so kind to our child, and his room service was amazing. He was especially nice and cooperative. The rooms at hotel executive inn are neat and clean, and the reception staff are supportive. Breakfast was good, though not excellent, and the restaurant staff were very cooperative. My ratings: location 7/10, service 10/10, extra support 10/10, room 10/10, staff 10/10.
