Milestone Hotel And Banquets

The location was convenient for both business and leisure, and the food had a tasty range of choices for different tastes. My stay at Voyage Milestone Siliguri was wonderful from beginning to end. The spacious rooms were thoughtfully designed, had the necessary facilities, and were well maintained. Everything was very clean, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and luxurious. Staff were courteous and quick to help, always with a smile. The hotel brings together comfort, modern amenities, and warm hospitality. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend it whether you're in the city for a short visit or a longer trip. I hope to stay again.

The food was decent and tasty, and the rooms were clean. There was a damp smell, possibly because the enclosed entrance passage has limited ventilation. The washroom upkeep could be better. Service was standard. The hotel is in a busy area and about 30 minutes from the airport, which is convenient.

The restaurant food was the one good part, with a commendable variety. The hotel is in a great spot for a holiday, with good restaurants and a mall nearby, which is why we booked it. But the service was pathetic. They promised a welcome drink when we booked, but there wasn't one. They just handed us keys without showing us the rooms, which could easily confuse someone staying there for the first time. We had to carry our own luggage. Construction upstairs made it impossible to sleep during the day, and at night people were so noisy that I wondered how the place got such good reviews. After we forgot our toothpaste, staff said they'd bring some, but repeated calls only got more assurances. At checkout I raised all these issues, and the staff there didn't seem to care at all.

Room service was up to standard, and the food I ordered was good. The hotel was clean and had a nice atmosphere, with a location that made everything easy to reach. My room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The washroom was clean too, though a bit old and in need of some improvement. A nice hotel for the money.
